When you can't enough seafood!!!  Anybody who read my posts before knows that I love seafood especially crabs and shrimps.  This is one of my favorite restaurants.  An all you can eat seafood dampa style but a high-end environment.

The Isla Sugbu Seafood City has its own "wet market" where you could choose your own seafood.  Although not all seafood in the market are included in their rate of Php888 (unlimited buffet) per person.  They also offer lobsters, different crabs, larger shrimps but they are charged on top of the Php888 rate.

We only browsed the market once then you can order again directly to the waiter if you want a second round.  All food are served family-style. 

Here are what we ordered:

This one is my favorite!  They deep fried the shrimp and added their own version of honey garlic butter sauce.  I love the sauce so much that I even put it on my rice. Plus the shrimps are fried to crispy perfection.  A definite must-order.

 

I was actually surprised that they have scallops in their selection because I know that scallops are a bit expensive.  We ordered the Baked Scallops which is cooked in butter, garlic, and cheese.  Can you guess what we really love to eat?  Butter and garlic!!! I also love how the scallops are cooked, soft and buttery.

I was actually disappointed with their Singaporean Crab.  I guess the taste is not what I expected.  It is not that bad but there is a certain taste that I don't like.  Not sure how to explain it.  I prefer their Salted Egg Crabs.  Much tastier.  Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of it.

You cannot forget to order grilled meat when eating at dampa.  For some reason, we always order this when eating in dampa and it seems incomplete without this dish.  I just love that smoky smell of the grilled meat.

This is also one of my favorites.  I don't know how they fried their dishes because it really tastes good and it doesn't have that oily taste.  Plus it is really crispy.  Though this dish is sweeter than sour.

The one thing that I love about this dish is that I can eat the shell because they are very crispy.  Though, I can't really taste the "salt and pepper".

I honestly don't eat squid because I am allergic to it.  So this calamari review is based on my sister's tastes.  When I asked my sister, she said it tastes good and that the meat is tender.  I think it is hard to find tender squid.  Because I sometimes hear them complain how tough the squid is. 

Overall, I would definitely come back here again but maybe for special occasions only as it is a bit expensive to be eating here often.  Though the rate of Php888 is not expensive for unlimited seafood.
