Mazu Seaside Diner

Zomato together with Nestle Philippines invited Zomato Foodies for a Food Crawl at Seascape Village.  The second stop is Mazu Seaside Diner.

You can read for the summarized version of the Seascape Village Food Crawl here.

Mazu is a Chinese restaurant that was inspired by the Chinese Sea Goddess.  The place has the Chinese feel to it from the door to the tables and chairs.

The dishes that they served have not yet been released in their menu but you could ask them to prepare these dishes for you.  However, you would need to let them know in advance.

Mazu Seaside Diner Lobster

Mazu Seaside Diner Sweet and Sour Fish

Mazu Seaside Diner Lobster

What I like best in these three dishes is the Lava Lobster (the first picture).  The meat (body part) has a chewy texture which I like.  Plus they use fresh lobsters.  You would know that the lobster is fresh because you can pull the meat and it comes out clean.  Definitely one of the best ones that I have eaten.

They also cater to parties just like in a Chinese restaurant.  The owner mentioned that they had some weddings done.  You could contact them if you want to reserve for a party.
